CEMAT was established by the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) to address the growing need for energy professionals in Cambodia. Born from a vision to build national capacity in energy management and auditing, we've grown from a small initiative into a comprehensive program that serves energy professionals and organizations across the country.
